Company
Wondan Building Materials is a China-based manufacturer and exporter of natural and engineered stone, supplying slabs, tiles, countertops and cabinetry to construction companies, design studios, fabricators and distributors across North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. We work as a project partner rather than a reseller: material selection, shop drawings, fabrication and container loading are handled in-house, so specifications stay consistent from sample approval to site delivery.
Factory
Our production base in Shuitou, Nan'an — Quanzhou, Fujian — sits in the centre of China's stone industry, with workshop and slab storage on one site. The facility runs bridge saws, CNC machining centres and automated polishing lines for both slab and cut-to-size work, and an A-frame yard keeps common colours in stock so sampling and repeat orders do not wait on a new block.
Experience
The team behind Wondan has been exporting stone and engineered surfaces since 2011, delivering to the United States, Canada, Singapore, Australia, the Gulf states and Southeast Asia. What started as container-level supply has grown into multi-container commercial and residential programmes, with the same sourcing and QC team handling every order end to end.
Quality Control
Every order is checked twice before it leaves the factory: at block selection, then again after fabrication. We verify colour and veining consistency against the approved sample, thickness and calibration, edge profile and surface finish. Slabs are dry-laid and numbered for book-matched or project-matched layouts, and each bundle is photographed before packing — the photo set ships with the documents so what arrives can be compared against what was approved.
Export
We ship FOB Xiamen as standard, with CIF and DDP available for project work. Standard export packing uses fumigated wooden crates and A-frame bundles with foam interlayers. Documentation is issued the same week as loading: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and where required a certificate of origin plus third-party inspection reports arranged through SGS or Bureau Veritas.
Global Customers
Our customers are mainly contractors, kitchen and bathroom fabricators, interior design studios and building-material distributors — companies that need repeatable quality across multiple containers rather than one-off purchases. We support them with sample packs, CAD block libraries and project-specific material submittals. Client references are available on request under NDA.
Project Support
For larger programmes we assign a single project contact who handles material selection, submittals, shop drawings, production scheduling and container consolidation. We can hold stock against a phased delivery schedule, split shipments across ports, and coordinate cut-to-size pieces with your installer so site waste stays low.
