From slab selection to container loading
Fabrication, packing and loading all happen at one production base, so the specification you approve is the specification that ships. Every stage below is handled by our own team — nothing is subcontracted out mid-process.
The Process
Each stage is controlled in-house and documented before the container leaves.
01Factory
Production base in Shuitou, Nan'an — Quanzhou, Fujian, with workshop, slab storage and office on one site. The A-frame yard holds common colours in stock so sampling and repeat orders do not wait on a new block.
02Production
Bridge saws and CNC machining centres handle cut-to-size, edge profiles, mitres and cut-outs. Dimensioned drawings are issued for approval before cutting, so tolerances match what your drawings call out.
03Quality Control
Inspection happens at block selection and again after fabrication. Colour, veining, calibration, edge profile and surface finish are checked against the approved sample before anything is crated.
04Packaging
Fumigated wooden crates and A-frame bundles with foam interlayers and corner protection. Every bundle is labelled and photographed so the packing list matches what is actually loaded.
05Loading
Containers are loaded and braced by our own team, with load plans calculated per slab size and weight. Mixed-material consolidation is available when a project needs stone and tile in the same box.
06Shipping
Regular sailings from Xiamen to North America, Europe, the Gulf and Southeast Asia. Shipping documents are issued in the same week as loading so customs clearance is not the bottleneck.
Stock & Capacity
Buffer stock against your schedule
Common colours are held in slab stock so sampling and repeat orders do not wait on a new block. For phased programmes we can reserve material against your delivery schedule and split shipments across ports as the site programme moves.
Exact stock levels, yard area and monthly output are confirmed per enquiry — they vary by colour and season.
