Hotel Bathroom Renovation Package (Sample)

Project scope

120-key bathroom renovation: marble-look porcelain on wet-area walls, honed marble vanity tops with undermount basins, and mosaic shower floors rated R11 for slip resistance. Kits were packed room-by-room (tops, wall tiles, trims, adhesive schedule) so the hotel could renovate floor by floor while staying open.
